What is IPS Mastermind (IPSM)?
IPS Mastermind is a unique educational resource for photography business training. Rachael Boer started IPSM in 2016 after realizing how many photographers truly wanted tools and support to make their businesses stronger and more profitable. We want each photographer to have the resources they need to achieve their personal goals and create a better life for themselves and their families. As of Fall 2019 over 4300 photographers have gone through our programs with incredible results.
What makes Revive! different?
In Revive!, we are offering you the tools you need, in short, concise modules, presented in a step-by-step manner so you don’t have to feel confused or overwhelmed at any point. If you simply follow the path we’ve laid out for you and put in the work, you WILL see results in your business. In IPSM, we maintain a very strong emphasis on community, and members are encouraged to connect with other members and instructors in our exclusive Facebook groups for support.
Our method makes it fun for you to follow along with the one-of-a-kind Revive! game board so you can keep track of your progress and stay motivated. We also provide access to personalized help via regular coaching calls allow our members to get their specific questions answered along the way. Our mobile app is also a unique benefit that allows members to learn on the go!
Is all the content taught as videos?
No! One of the requests from our members was to diversify the format of the content to appeal to many different learning styles. So we have a great variety now including micro- and longer-length videos, written processes, interactive calculators and worksheets, recordings of live seminars, mock phone calls, and much more so there’s something for everyone.
How much access will I get to Rachael?
Rachael gives live, personal feedback in the Facebook members group, and host the group coaching calls monthly. While Revive is not the same as having us on call, we do provide you with the best support and education in the industry.
I’m really busy. How much time will Revive take?
Great news! Revive was designed SPECIFICALLY for busy bees. We’ve streamlined all the modules, processes and resources so you can find what you’re looking for in a few minutes, flat. No more sitting through hours-long classes waiting for the bits you can use. You can access the material on demand, learn what you need, and apply it immediately. Even better? With the new mobile app, everything inside Revive can be consumed on the go!
Remember that you get out of it what you put in. So if you race through every video and worksheet in a few months, but don’t take the time to absorb or apply the information, you won’t reap the benefits. So we recommend taking your time, really digging in deep and doing the work as you go, so you can start seeing the results as soon as possible.
How often is new content added to Revive!?
Revive! Is a complete program which covers all the topics you need - in detail - to run your photography business successfully. That said, there may occasionally be topics we choose to expand, add to, or invite a guest expert to discuss with our community. Those updates will always be added without any additional charge to you.
How many courses can I take?
As a Revive! member, you can access and enjoy ALL the content on the site!
How do I get a game board?
You should have received an email with a coupon code for your game board. You can use this coupon in our swag shop (www.ipsmastermind.net/swag) to order your very own board! If you need assistance, email contact@ipsmastermind.com.
How do I search for a specific topic?
In the top right corner of your Dashboard there is a search bar. You can search for a course name, topic, or keyword.
How does billing work?
Once you join Revive!, your monthly fee will be automatically charged every 30 days unless you cancel. In fairness to all of our members, we are unable to issue refunds.
In the case of a billing discrepancy, it is your responsibility to notify us within 45 days.
How can I change my method of billing?
You can change your billing method in your IPSM account. If you have any trouble, email us at contact@ipsmastermind.com.
After I join, can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can. But we want to encourage you to come into this experience with a commitment that will allow you to really see results. If your plan is to just join for a month or two, glance at a few modules, and then cancel, you won’t see the dramatic results that we know you are capable of. We want you to truly receive the benefit of the program, and to do that, you need to be immersed in it for a period of time. We recommend committing to a full year to get the maximum results - and we even have an annual payment option that will save you some money if you do it that way! If you do choose to cancel, you can do so in your account, under “billing”.
Please note that if you cancel, you will be removed from the Revive! Facebook community and your Pod within 48 hours.
How do I download the app?
Go to the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play app and search for and download the IPSM app. Then log in with your IPSM email and password.
How do I join the exclusive Revive! Facebook group?
Once you have joined Revive!, you can request membership in the exclusive Facebook group so you can interact with the other members. Your access to the Facebook group ends when you cancel your membership and does not extend until the end of your billing period. If you rejoin Revive! at any time, you are welcome to rejoin the exclusive Facebook group! You can find the group here.
Who do I contact with questions?
Feel free to contact our support team with questions regarding membership, billing, your subscription, suggestions, and other matters. They can be reached by emailing contact@ipsmastermind.com. Please do not message Rachael or post these questions in any of our Facebook groups.
